lost username & password

Hi all,

My emails were lost and that is where is tored my passwords. Now I need to update my website and administrator is asking me for my logindetails, which i don’t have.
I can’t ask for a new password without having my username.

I’ve looked through the topics in here for a sollution but not much is provided up to now. WordPress advertises this forum as helpfull tool for troubleshooting. My expectations are high.

How can I retrieve my username?
