Remove Top Bar on Tablet

Wondering if there’s a way to hide the top bar on a tablet? There’s only a mobile option, but doesn’t let me specify which mobile devices I want the top bar to show on. I’m using the top bar as a call button, so having it show on a tablet doesn’t make much sense. Is there a way to achieve this, or can you point me to the correct code and files in your plugin that would allow me to change this?
