@boplinger – Apreciate the feedback, that said it sounds like your having some setup issues. Popups are only meant to be on another page, never with their own dedicated URLs.

I am assuming you used a /popup/ link somehow but those don’t work for non logged in users and were removed in v1.7 (or should have been, if you see one somewhere I’d love to know where).

I would instead point you to our documentation which covers all the ways to make your popup work with a variety of click triggers.
