if this plugin replaces the default WP comments, then you should be able to enable by enabling the default WP comments.

I have the default wpDiscuz as a discussion plugin. In articles, this is fine, but the ads are a standard wordpress comment plugin. Excuse my bad English.
I understand you see the default WP comments in the Advert details pages? If so then go to wp-admin / wpDiscuz / Forms panel, edit the Default Form (or create a new one) and in the field “Display comment form for post types” make sure to check “advert” checkbox.
