ie 403 Forbidden

    It is work fine in chrome and firfox.

    But why the ie browser show ie 403 forbidden but not display message when people are blocked?

    Because IE handles the HTTP error codes by displaying a message on it’s own. Bad behavious. Luckily Chrome and Firefox are used more and IE was replaced by the Microsoft Edge browser.
