Multiple emails for one submission

    When a submission is made on my contact form page instead of getting one email notification I get 16 separate notifications. How do I resolve this issue?

    Hello, sorry to hear that, we’ve never had this one before…
    can you share more information – your email notification setting page, general SMTP configuration on server, example of emails you’re getting ?
    perhaps better if you contact us on upicrm.com/contact

    Two days ago I used the upicrm.com/contact page but have not heard back. I experience the same problem I mentioned even when downloaded and used the excel template. I added 11 contacts to the template and uploaded it and got 176 records each contact duplicated 16 times. I had to clean out the duplicates.

    Hi,
    we’ve released a new version now with a debug option for sending emails using only WP-MAIL.
    please check latest version, enable/disable this feature (under email settings) and please let us know.
