    Hi, there is a slight inconsistency in your current DPA which we have signed:

    REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

    Please inform your legal dep and if you update it please let us know to resign the new version.

    Hi Richard,

    Could you explain the inconsistency you see? Looking at Article 94 of the GDPR, this seems correct: https://gdpr-info.eu/art-94-gdpr/
