    Hello,

I created a back-up of my WordPress website using UpdraftPlus. I accidentally deleted a plug in and had to restore it using this back-up.

When I restored the website from my back-up, I noticed the images are missing and in the media folder, there is no thumbnail displaying but the filename is there.

I have tried manually uploading the folder from my dropbox.

Here is the restore log error:

    0007.057 () Unpacking backup… (backup_2018-05-31-1549_Regal_Gaming_and_Leisure_0bba4e1ffae1-uploads.zip, 77.3 Mb)

    Hi,

Please could you send us a full copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi,

Thank you for your response, however this has now been resolved. The host restored a back-up from their server.
