    Hello guys,

I updated php 7.0 and installed the MySQL module, PHP-XML and PHP-XMLRPC, but some plugins from my site are not working properly.

For example … I use the Imagify plugin to optimize the images. But it’s not optimizing and it’s showing me a message saying that the php extension is not available (https://screenshot.net/pt/0d82ptd). What php extension is it missing?

My xmlrpc.php (https://proddigital.com.br/xmlrpc.php) is accessing normally in the browser. But testing on the xml validator https://xmlrpc.eritreo.it/ shows me error -32700 (https://screenshot.net/pt/kj7zws0).

Can this problem be some module/application that is missing?
If so, then what modules/applications do you need for WP to work properly?

If anyone has ever had this problem and can help me, I appreciate it.

I am using my website in multisite network.

    Thanks,
    Rodrigo

I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/imagify so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

I mentioned the Imagify plugin just as an example, but it has other plugins with a problem. So I do not think it’s a specific plugin, but rather with WordPress or with my php or xmlrpc settings.

So I was wondering if this problem I’m having with xmlrpc has some relation to WP or is it entirely with my server?

    Thanks.

It looks like either imageMagick and/or GD Library are not installed or compatible on your server.
