Adding orders within WC-Frontend

Hi, I know of some plugins that allow placing orders in the backend of woocommerce. I think even woocommerce has this capability.
What I’m looking for is an extension for WC-Frontend that can allow a storeowner to place an order through the frontend panel. This would be great if this can load previous customer data and even cart contents (almost as if duplicating an order and reprocessing the payment through Paypal or Cardconnect).
Please let me know if anything in this realm is available for WC-Frontend.

I am also searching for plugin which allows adding orders from front end, this is needed in my application because it allows online orders and awards the points for orders and at the same time the customers may come to the shop ( actually it is restaurant ) and make a bill and may claim their discount and award points. so in this situation, the admin should able to create orders, maybe not payable through cards, on behalf of customers so that the data can sink ..Sometimes it is also required to modify the customer’s orders by admin ( ex: by the time the customer places an order for a particular dish for a restaurant, that might have over, but the customer may be interested in other items in the order )
so is there any possibility to create or modify orders from the front end in your pro version ( payment not required)..
