Hey @janiklipke – I’ve heard of this issue happening because of improper PayPal credentials – I highly recommend double-checking that your PayPal account is still linked properly to the plugin by reviewing your API credentials. You can also enable Debug Logging on the settings page, try checking out, then review your logs by going to WooCommerce->Status->Logs. There might be an error captured in the logs there.

Hi Thomas, thanks for following up.I just recently changed the primary email address of our Paypal account. I created new credentials API however the error still occurs. What confuses me is that the API user name is still similar to the former email address. Error logging does not tell em anything useful either. Thanks, Janik

Hi there. Please open a ticket by going to http://www.WooCommerce.com, then click on Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins. From there we can take a deeper look and see if there’s anything in your log files that we might be able to help with.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
