Can’t Update Typography in Customizer

    My client asked me to change the headings font (H1 – H4), but the dropdown menu in Customize > Typography > All Headings does not allow me to make any changes. It’s stuck on the same font I first selected. This is the same for all of the categories under Typography. Please help as I’m on a deadline.

    All updates (theme, Elementor, plugins) are up to date.

    Hello, I not quite understood, when you try to select another font family, it doesn’t work?

    Right, I get a menu, but the dropdown won’t let me select a different font family. I increased my PHP memory and opened Customizer on Safari and an Incognito Chrome page but get the same result. I need to change the headings font family to Josefin Sans from Sacremento but the menu is locked

    I also attempted to change the CSS code in Customizer with no success.

    Hi, have you tried to disable your plugins to see if there is a conflict?

    Will I lose my content or design if I disable the theme?

    Hi, no, your settings are saved in your database, so when you will re-enable it, nothing will have change.

    That worked! I deactivated the Learnpress plugin and the menu went back to normal. Thanks!!
