    hi, we have a problem with tihis plug-in. when we activate wocoomerce, our website crash everytime. we have customizr pro like theme for wordpress. how can we resolve? thanks

    Hi there,

    Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins , switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme and THEN activating WooCommerce?The reason I’m asking is that one would need to rule out theme/plugin conflicts 🙂

    no, we don’t try it because we need customizr theme. it’s possibile, for you, it dependes from our theme?

    @endriu88rm – Check your server’s error logs for the exact error message. This often occurs as a result of a plugin or theme customization which is referencing a deprecated function.
