@planeo8 – hmm, I’m very sorry to hear about the logo displaying like that for you. Try temporarily deactivating NextGEN Gallery and then reactivate. Does that help?
– Becky
Unfortunately, it is still there after deactivating.
I guess it’s the price for progress since it happened after I updated NextGen Gallery.
Another Problem with the new version of NextGen Gallery
After building the gallery and trying to add it to an existing page, I get the following error message. What does it mean?
RuntimeException thrown
/home/forge/forum.bcyc.org/public/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/attach_to_post/templates/accordion_tab.php is not a valid MVC template
I just upgraded from NextGen Gallery version 2.1.79 to version 3.0.1 and the problems started with version 3.0.1
Is there any way to revert back to the older version 2.1.79? The new version is really a pain.

Do you have NextGEN Pro or NextGEN Plus installed? If so, try deactivating both and reactivating.
If you prefer rolling back to an earlier version, understood. You can download a previous version of the plugin at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/advanced/
If you’d like to continue to troubleshoot this, I’d be happy to help with clearing the logo and resolving that runtime error. 🙂

I have no idea what happened, but it appears that changing the server settings for outgoing email (SMTP) fixed all of the problems…including with NextGen.
Thanks for the offer to help. I think I’ll stick with the current version.
