I would recommend installing WP Mail Logging plugin. This will log all outgoing mails so you can see what is being sent. Once installed:
Generate a test order, one that gets cancelled and another that fails
Go to your admin dashboard > WP Mail Log
See if your test order generated emails, and if there are any sending errors reported

Hi @amandasjackson again, I tried with your plugin but in WP Mail Log it doesn´t show.
When I received an order the email appears in WP Mail Log and the email send me and send the buyer.
But When someone cancel the order or the order is failed the email doesn´t work. 🙁
Have you had this problem before?
@lauramark – the emails are enabled on the Emails settings page, right? WooCommerce->Settings->Emails:

I tested this and they worked fine, but it’s important to consider that these emails are not sent unless the orders were previously of the order status ‘On Hold’ or ‘Processing’.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
