pagination

I have noticed that some job plugins’ pagination takes you to a new page for the next page results. This can be helpful if you are wanting a new ad to display in the sidebar every time someone moves to a new search page. It can also be helpful in tracking the activity on your job board.

Right now the WP Job Manager pagination remains on the same page. Can the WP Job Manager have a pagination that takes you to a new page?
