Hey, trying to add products to my ecommerce website but when I try to change the simple products to variable products, i get no effect. The dropdown box doesn’t work. Can someone help me with this please?

I would try following this: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/.

It sounds like you are missing a few steps for a variable product.

Hi there,

I’d follow the directions mtruitt shared a link to. 🙂

Once you’ve changed the product type you need to setup attributes and enable those for use in variations. From there you can create your actual variations and set up each one like a normal product.
