    Hi hopejbt

    Please test our plugin with WordPress default theme (Twenty Sixty). Deactivate your theme and activate WordPress default theme (Twenty Sixty) to work with our plugin.

    If the issue disappears, it’s caused by your theme. But if the issue still happens to WordPress default theme, please visit the support forum and provide the site info, we will check
