Hi, I have created a coupon to give a 10% discount. However, when someone enters the coupon it is discounting 100% instead of 10% – basically multiplying the amount by 10.

The same thing is happening if set a fixed amount discount. If I set it for $100 it is multiplying it by 10 and giving a $1000 discount.

I managing the issue by entering 1 as the coupon amount (instead of 10) and it is giving the correct 10% discount when the coupon code is applied but this is just a work around.

    Any ideas??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

This is not default WooCommerce behavior, so I would suggest that you temporarily disable all of your plugins, except for WooCommerce and see if this issue persists. If it does not, then activate your plugins, one at a time and see which one causes the issue with the coupons.

You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ to make a copy of your site for testing so that you don’t have to test on your live site.
