Search index for dynamically generated content

i do have some custom Fields which are used to generate a hReview below the handwritten review, and acts as a “resumee” area. However, because it is not entered via the standard post text, but via custom-fields, the resulting text is not indexed by the local search capabilities. Is there a way to manually put it into the searchindex when i save the post?
