List field buttons not pulling through to plugin

    Hi there,
    Before beginning – please note that my website is still under development and currently password protected in order to avoid indexing.

    I opened a ticket previously on Git but this issue still persists.

    List field buttons are not pulling through to the form in the plugin. Only form fields are available. I have tried multiple times to renew lists, which I had done in the first instance. This does not fix the issue. I use the same theme on a different website with all the same plugins – no issues. Luckily, I was able to copy the form data from this other website, but it would be nice to have the buttons there, as they should be. I hope you will be able to look into this. PS. I have also tried completely uninstalling the plugin and re-installing, without any success.

    Do you mean the interest group buttons or the Insert List choice button?

    Interest groups are only visible after you select a list (that has interest groups) under the form’s Settings tab and save the form.

    The list choice button should always be there, what happens when you click that button?

    I am having same problem, put API key in, says connected. I keep on trying “renew mailchimp lists” and it shows all my lists on the mailchimp link and when i click on my mailchimp account, it has the form fields under it. When i click “form,” none of the form fields from mailchimp are populated. It just has submit button, list choice, form action and agree to terms. Any thoughts?

    To clarify. I downloaded the plugin, activated it and put my api key in. It says connected with green bar. Below it says the name of my mailchimp list and if i click on that, it shows the form fields that are used. When i click to the “form” portion of the Plug in, i was expecting the form fields to be there for me to put in to the HTML portion. None of the form fields are there. there is only the buttons: “submit button,” “list choice,” “form action” and “agree to terms”

    Under MailChimp for Wp > Form > Settings, did you already select a list for the form? Else we don’t know what fields to show as the fields are per list in Mailchimp
