Sticky menu with Elementor / WPML? | WordPress.org

Hi everyone,

I am pretty new to the world of programming, so please forgive me my super entry level.

I am building a WP-website with Elementor (free version), using WPML for translation into three different languages. So far, so good, website is running in all three languages.

Now I would like to freeze the menus to the top of the page, across all different pages/languages. I tried some of the basic plugins (sticky menu) but they don’t seem to work.

Does anyone have an idea how to make all my menus sticky?

Hi.
Usually a sticky menu is part of the theme styles, you can write the necessary styles yourself, but for that you need the appropriate skill.

Plugins also require a certain level of understanding of the layout, usually.
The easiest way out for you will be to find the one who implements this feature.

Thanks for the info. A friend of mine had the idea to simply insert the following into the CCSS:

#site-header.transparent-header {position:fixed !important}

That was it. The header is frozen
