can’t post photos

I am trying to post pictures. I have tried directly from iPhoto and by first exporting to desktop as tiff, jpeg, png (with file size sm. med, lrg). I have tried all of the above using both the Flash loader and the Browser uploader.

Everytime I get dialog box that says: Unable to create directory. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
