WP to Instagram not working

    Hi,

    I’m using WP Instagram Post And Widget since several months ago, but after las update (1.3) is not working for me. When I create a new post and the aPI tries to run, I can see in my apache error log this:

    PHP Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /www/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-instagram-post/vendor/mgp25/instagram-php/src/Instagram.php on line 631

    How can I fix this?

    Hi again,

    after some investigation I have seen that the issue was with my php version, I had 5.4. I’ve upgraded to php 7.2 and now it perfectly works.

    Hi,

    Yes now minimum required version of PHP is 5.6 and we have mentioned in plugin page.
    The new library required v5.6 and also it has the capability of auto image resizing for Instagram.
