Row Color Issue

    Hi There,

    I am looking for some help editing the color (currently the Sydney red) of the row right at the bottom of my website homepage, just above the footer. I cannot seem to locate this row on the customizer nor the css editor. Could someone please help me?

    Please try to edit the last row, expand Design section, and change Background Color.
