Manage stock per attribute with variable product

Hello,

I have set-up a WordPress website, using WooCommerce, for a theater.

I have used variable products for selling tickets, with these 2 attributes for each product (= ticket):
– date
– price category (Adult, Child,…)

When I manage the stock of my products, I need to manage it per date and not per price category. Indeed, as I actually manage seats availability, I do not care about the price category,…

Do you know how I could define the stock level per attribute “date”,
independently of attribute “price category”?
