Unable to type or write a post

    The visual text editor is not clickable and the pictures do not display after being inserted in the post even as a featured image.
    I have deactivated all the plugins and the current theme is twenty seventeen, I also have tried with downgrading WP to 4.9.1 from 4.9.6 but the problem is still there.
    Any suggestions?
