If you only use a contact form, you could found everything you need in the WordPress core.
I mean, you have to create/update your Privacy Policy, put a checkbox on your form for consent, and manage requests with core features.
Which form plugin do you use on your site ?

Thank you for the response. I use Jetpack for contact form, related posts, stats, and sharing options.They do have a security feature for malicious logins which I turned on. But truly I asked this question because of the Contact Form. Does Jetpack have these checkbox capabilities pre-installed or do we manually type them in?. I do gather information (name and email only) to respond to their requests on my website and also for lead generation (which I use Mailchimp but I do have the consent checkbox and double opt-in on for my newsletter activated on their site)
