Blog posts not working

When i click on my blog post this comes up:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /blog/http:/hilife2b.com/blog/firstblogpost/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

am i supposed to add another page to my blog? If so, how?

P.s. I am a beginner so any criticisms or tips on blogging will be appreciated.
