Cannot insert user without email

    I just got this error (been using the plugin for a year now with no problems).

    All the details are in place and the file is encoded the right way.

    Can I get some help ?

    Hi @sasadset,

    The mentioned error particularly comes when there is no user_email column in the CSV. Kindly check that. If the issue persists, share us the importing CSV with a sample user via support link here.

    Hey and thanks for getting back to me, I just confirmed that the Column is in fact there.

    Now what I did was just re-encoded the file and it seems to work now.

    I’ll try again with another website I have an let you know.

    Hi @sasadset,

    Ensure that the user email column is mapped to user_email field alone. Please do not map a single column in the CSV to multiple fields. CSV file should be UTF-8 encoded.
