    We changed to a new hosting recently and now seem to be unable to log in a new student.

    I’ve re-registered them and changed the password and it all looks ok but when I try to log in as this student it comes up with the message:

    “Could not find an account with the supplied email address and password combination.”
    Or on another test user/student it would just default back to the original log in screen.
    I’m not sure what to try next and would appreciate any help.

    Have you installed any new plugins (possibly security plugins) or does your new host possibly have any additional security features?

    It’s possible that your host or a new plugin is adding additional login requirements (maybe a captcha) that is causing the login to fail.

    If this seems like the case you’ll need to work with the host or plugin developers to see how to allow users to login via our login despite these additional requirements from their end.
