    Is this plugin GDPR compliant?

    Does this plugin collect any data of users for a website it is installed on?

    I know this seem to be a stupid question, but many plugins collect data automatically. I need to verify this to continue using it after GDPR kicks in.

    Under the Slick Image Slider on the WordPress Dashboard plugin list page, a new link appears that is no doubt related to GDPR guidelines. The link says, “Opt in” – however, there is no explanation, that I could find, about this.

    If one clicks the “Opt in” link, what is one opting in for?

    Sorry for our previous answer.
    ‘No, This Plugin doesn’t collect any data of users’.

    We are collecting user info like an email for nurture you about products and its features when you are ‘opt-in’ without opt-in we are not collecting data,
    You can also ‘skip’ it if you don’t want.
    If you skip this, that’s okay! the plugin will still work just fine.

    Also, we have mentioned ‘Privacy & Policy’ in readme.txt
    We have also opt-in e-mail selection, once you download the plugin so that we can inform you and nurture you about products and its features
