    First, if you create a set donation form (instead of a multilevel one) you can have a custom amount enabled with no buttons at all.

    If instead you want a multilevel form with no “other” button, this custom CSS will work:

    .give-btn.give-btn-level-custom{
    display:none;
    }
    `

    If you only wanted it to not display on that particular form, you could use this CSS:
