Bug on Product Variations

Hi,

I believe that there is a bug with the plugin on the product page when the product is a variation-type product.

To test, I removed all plugins and reverted the theme back to default. The console reported js errors related to the plugin that only appeared once the plugin was activated.

Subsequently, as a result of this error, it breaks the remaining js-related functionality on the page such as wow.js and basic accordion toggles.

Could you possibly offer a solution?
Currently, as a short-term fix, I am seeing if I can disable the plugin hook on variation pages whilst a fix is posted.

@lcottingham, we looked into this, but didn’t find any such issue.

Can you please share the flow, we need to follow to recreate the same. Also, please share your site link, if possible.

I get the exact same error for all variable products on the site when this plugin is activated.

So, please switch to some default theme like twenty seventeen and check this again. If the issue still exists, please share one video capture explaining this issue a bit more.

The theme I am using is called Shopkeeper – it is a very extensively developed and regularly maintained theme that utilises the best practices of WordPress theme development. If the issue is theme related, then this plugin is unlikely going to be compatible with many other themes.

@lcottingham We didn’t get any such error on our end. We trigger the form_variation event of WooCommerce, that should not cause this issue.

We presume the error can come from any other plugin like WooCommerce, so we would request you to disable our plugin and change the variation.

Hi – the error is a direct conflict with the ‘Shopkeeper’ theme. I have disabled all plugins and can determine that something within the plugin. Your plugin’s js is being called before the theme’s js. Are you able to assist with a debug here to find the conflict?
