Menu-Button on mobilephone is not working

    Hello,

    the menu-button is not working.. if i connect to my hp with my smartphone.. i can click.. but he so nothing.

    in the preview (customize.php)… the button works.. what is the problem?

    Thanks for using Chosen!

    I’m seeing a Javascript error on the site that is preventing the mobile menu from working. I believe the JS error is coming from a plugin on the site called TS Viewer Widget. Please try deactivating this plugin and then the mobile menu button should work.

    thank you for your answer. I have deactivate the plugin.. but it is still not working 🙁

    Okay thanks for trying that. Could you try temporarily deactivating all plugins on the site and then check if the mobile menu works?

    Glad to hear that 🙂

    If you reactivate the plugins one-by-one you’ll be able to find out exactly which one is causing the error. Then you can continue using all the other plugins.
