Mail 2 option not working

    I have a number of forms, all of which have worked fine until today. I have the mail 2 function set up as an autoresponder to send my customer a copy of the data they have submitted. It’s stopped working on all my forms but I’ve not many any changes to the. Any ideas why this might be happening?
