Comment approval from Different language

I have a global translator plugin for my blog. So, that it can be seen in different languages. Occasionally, I get comments in different language. (I don’t even know what language is that!). So, How can I decide weather to approve it or not? I try to stay away from spammy comments.

Alternatively, Is there a plugin which can give a user option to write comments in their own language and translate it automatically?
