    Also this range is belongs to google but there is not in services for exclusion:
    107.178.192.0/18

    You can whitelist (or blacklist for that matter) any IP ranges yourself.

    If you can supply a request done by pingdom including user agent I can add this to the plugin.

    A complete line from your raw access log including IP address and user agent would be great.
