    Hi,

    Made this page with the shortcode supplied [wpgdprc_access_request_form]
    Mail sends OK, but when I receive the automated email saying:

    You have requested to access your data on Carlos Water Sports Benidorm.

    Please visit this page to view the data linked to the email address [ Redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, instant messenger, etc. ]

    This page is available for 24 hours and can only be reached from the same IP address you requested from.
    If your link is invalid please fill in a new request: Request Your Personal Data.

    There is NO information available and all I get is a ‘broken’ version of the website, with this text:

    ERROR: What are you trying to do?………

    Help required on this topic please – As I am accessing it from the same PC and IP address?

    You need to access it from the same browser (as you need the same session), otherwise it won’t work due to security issues.

    I am getting the same issue and I am using the same pc, the same browser in the same session – it works fine on one website on one server but not on another site on a different server
