Image upload problem

Hi,
Out of the blue I am getting error message when trying to upload images to posts.
I have set Full URL path to files (optional) in Settings -> Miscellaneous as an absolute url. I had changed it from “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”.

However, when I try to upload it, it comes up with the error
“The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/okarboat/public_html/wp-content/uploads”. I checked the permissions. They are all 755.

Can someone help me, please?
