Hi, perhaps your Cloudfront WAF is a little too sensitive. It’s been 3 days since I tried to login to my account, yes I forgot my password and tried to log in a whole 3 times… I waited 24 hours initially expecting it to go away, but not yet. Please unban me, Cloudflare Ray ID: 41b776eec85b3828 – I have a time sensitive project that I’m trying to deal with and receive support around.

    Regards

Thank you for reporting this issue. Cloudflare had adjusted their API slightly which was causing issues lifting the temporary ban from failed logging attempts to accounts that don’t exist on GravityPDF.com (it’s why you were banned so quickly – accounts that exist get a much larger retry window).

Let me know if you have any further trouble.

Thanks! Alls well again… I’ve been trying to recover a clients account before their license expires.

Great! Flick us a support request with the license key in question and we can do a lookup and let you know if the client created an account with us during the initial checkout, or if they need to register an account.
