    this is done with the Ultimate Product Catalog Premium Upgrade

    After the configuration done, I have put in some testing sample data and created two catalog for the testing.

    And the page is blank

    I have testing on another new installation with the free version similar result

    the WP we are running is 4.9.5 west theme

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi maxma,

    Could you send us the exact shortcode (i.e. [product-catalogue id= .. etc) that you’re using on your catalogue page?
