Link format changing

Hello,

I have changed my permalinks on WordPress from:

http://aahaaramonline.com/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

to

http://aahaaramonline.com/%postname%/

Now I using this plugin to set redirects. However, the moment I click Save Changes, the link under request changes automatically from

http://aahaaramonline.com/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

to

http://aahaaramonline.com/%year%/%monthnum%/y%/%postname%/

The %day% changes to y%.

As a result, the redirect does not work.

Can someone help?
