    Again… i’m a novice, but learning all the time…

Playing around regarding GDPR and cookies, on this website i went to cookies in use where there was 9 in use, i selected the domain and selected remove, they all were removed… ok, but when i allowed them again only 3 now show, so is this normal? Do cookies re-appear when i view the website in a certain way? There were 3 cookies i know were there which were:

    wp-settings-4
    wp-settings-time-4
    _ga

Just trying to understand why 9 cookies have now gone to 3?

Really appreciate any help to understand… 🙂

_ga cookes are related to Google Analyhtics. The others may be created by plugins to serve specific needs.

thanks, someone earlier said that _ga is also used for google fonts, which this website uses, but the issues is there were 9 cookies in use, when i removed them all, then allowed them all again, upon reloading the website, only 3 cookies are now in use, what happened to the other 6, which one was _ga, the google font cookie, which is not showing, but is definitely being used?

    🙂

That’s true. Google fonts uses Google Analytics. 🙂

I have no idea why the cookies are no longer there.

    I’m sure if they’re needed they’ll be re-created.
