tabs issue

I want my homepage to display the recent posts (it already does). But i want the tab “Passive Income” to act as the “home tab” so that when you click it, it directs to http://www.passiveguide.com and from there, it displays the recent posts.

I havent been able to correctly set it up in the options and im guessing im missing something.. any ideas?
