localhost/wp-login not working 404 error

    Hi! I have been looking at a lot of forums and can’t seem to find answers I am looking for or don’t understand them.

    this is the situation:
    I haven’t been able to access my website for a while. Today, I was finally able to figure out my computer so that it could run on Port 80 and 443. Which was great for someone who is particularly new at this stuff. However, now I cant access my login page to get to the website.

    PHPmyadmin page opens fine

    I tried to use
    localhost:/wp-admin.php
    localhost/wp-admin.php
    ” “/wp-login.php
    ” “/wp-login/admin.php

    And probably more i cant remember right now. Then this comes up

    Error 404
    localhost
    Apache/2.4.28 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2l PHP/7.1.10

    I dont understand why I cant access this login page at all. I have been able to in the past with plugins and themes etc. Once I updated windows 10 it all obliterated. Now i feel like ive done one step but am stuck again on another.

    If you know please help!
    and please simplify as much as possible

    Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, try Enabling debugging
