Post Video not working

    Sorry to have to ask, but cand find documentation on this.
    But when I try to post a video it doesn’t show just the caption text shows.
    – Do I have the wrong format? (.wmv)
    – Do I have to install a’ widget for this?

    Video is located on my own server space same as WP.

    Any help much apreciated!

    I echo the same questions..

    Anyone with direction?..

    I’m using FLV files. I’ve tried a coulpe 3rd part plugin as well as WordPress’s internal Video uploader.

    It just displays the caption.

    ^I got FLV’s to play by adding the necessary Javascript link into the header.

    AVI files will still not display though. It just shows the CAPTION.

    Hi,

    Assign 755 recursive permission to wp-contents folder and add video file extension as MIME Types in hosting control panel to work it..
