url problem

If I go to http://www.fatcatpaperie.com/blog I get a slightly different site than http://fatcatpaperie.com/blog.
Also, I will see this in the url window, http://www.fatcatpaperie.com/blog/2009, however, I don’t have a directory named 2009.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
