Hi arch,
Could you let us know what you mean when you say the shortcode is not correct? Because an incorrect shortcode would normally result in the shortcode itself just appearing on the page. Do you mean if you, for example, put a different ID in?
Do you happen to be using some kind of visual composer of page builder? If so, what element to you have the shortcode placed in? As a test, could you please try disabling the page builder for that page and placing the shortcode in the regular WordPress page editor? Does it still show blank?
It could also be that the name of one of your products has a special character in it that is causing a conflict, or something similar. Try creating a product with a simple one-word name and adding it to a new empty catalog. Then try adding that catalog to a page. Does it show?

Hello,
I mean when ID is wrong. If i have say [product-catalogue id=’3′] I put on page [product-catalogue id=’2′] and empty catalogue shows. Now i tested and if i have empty catalogue, without categories and products it shows as well. As soon as i add something to it it does not show up. I used my native language fonts at first after your comment tried with just “test” but still if catalogue has something in it it does not show up.
I use elementor. I disabled it and put shortcode on simple wordpress page. Still the same problem.
What’s strange is that it does work well even on my language text on my local machine. It’s the VPS where i cloned my local machine wordpress that this plugin does not work.

Hi archlinux,
In your previous message, we noticed that the quotes used in the shortcodes you listed were a mix of rich and plain text, which could cause issues.
Can you try copy and pasting this shortcode on your page instead (replace # with your catalogue ID number):
[product-catalogue id='#']
