HTML tags in email

    I would need some help if possible.

    I’ve been using Business Directory Plugin and Mail Bank for a few years now. Nearly 3 months ago I started to notice that all emails sent via Mail Bank from my directory include raw html tags.

    I have contacted Mail Bank Support at the beginning of Feb 2018 and asked if you can help. You have tried and you were kindly trying to help, but when the problem kept appearing you suddenly stopped answering my emails.

    Now, it’s been nearly 3 months since I haven’t heard from you. I’d appreciate if you could at least let me know if this problem can be fixed or not.
    I would like to keep using your plugin as it’s simply a great plugin, so thanks for looking into this again in advance.

    Hi,

    The problem was the directory plugin.

    There was no content type specified and that was causing the issue.

    We have fixed it in the said plugin on your website.

    The change would be in the same plugin as follows:

    Name of the file : business-directory-plugin\includes\helpers\class-email.php

    added after $headers = $this->get_headers(); on line 112

    $headers[] = ‘Content-Type: text/html; charset= utf-8’ . “\r\n”;

    This fixes the issue!
